Let’s be honest, Wholesaling is no longer the best kept
secret in Real Estate, at least not the way everyone else is
doing it. It is hands down the most competitive strategy in
Residential Real Estate.
Everyone’s fishing in the same pond fighting over tiny fish.
But in Commercial almost no one is doing it.
Why is that?
From what I've gathered talking to hundreds of Traditional
Wholesalers is that Commercial seems really complicated.And quite frankly, it is more complicated.
Well actually not more complicated, just a little different.
But no different than learning Residential when you were just
starting.
But if you've been able to even get a few Residential deals....
then you can certainly learn Commercial.
There might be a small learning curve, but the payoff is
exponentially better than Residential deals.
Again, if I stayed in Residential Wholesaling it would have
easily taken me 10 - 20 deals to make 300k+ instead of a
single deal in Commercial.
