What I’ve noticed after building over 200 sales funnels for online business owners is that nobody has time to build sales funnels from scratch.

Dear Real Estate Flipper or Wholesaler, Investor and Beginner,

From what I've gathered talking to hundreds of Traditional

Wholesalers is that Commercial seems really complicated.And quite frankly, it is more complicated.

Well actually not more complicated, just a little different.

But no different than learning Residential when you were just

starting.

But if you've been able to even get a few Residential deals....

then you can certainly learn Commercial.

There might be a small learning curve, but the payoff is

exponentially better than Residential deals.

Again, if I stayed in Residential Wholesaling it would have

easily taken me 10 - 20 deals to make 300k+ instead of a

single deal in Commercial.
